Creators Domain™ Refund & Return Policy

At Creators Domain™, we stand behind the quality and purpose of our apparel. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most apparel items within:

➡️ 30 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition (no stains, deodorant marks, smells, or damage)
  • Tags (if included) should still be attached

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if explicitly marked)

2. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for size when inventory allows.

Because many Creators Domain™ items are pre-order or small-batch, stock is not guaranteed.

If an exchange is not possible, you may choose:

  • A refund
  • A store credit
  • A swap for another item of equal value

3. Pre-Order Refunds & Exchanges

Pre-order items are made specifically for small-batch production.

You may:

  • Cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Request an exchange once the product arrives (depending on stock)

If production prevents fulfillment, Creators Domain™ will issue a full refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If we made an error, we cover return shipping.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the item

We will replace or refund promptly.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Store credit (if chosen) is issued immediately upon approval

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Creators Domain™ is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
