Creators Domain™ Shipping Policy

Creators Domain™ operates on a purpose-driven model that combines sustainability with small-batch apparel production. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship.
1. Order Processing Time
For in-stock items:
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
For pre-order items:
- Processing begins once production is complete.
- Estimated ship windows are displayed on the product page and during checkout.
Because we operate with low-waste, intentional production cycles, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
2. Pre-Orders & Small-Batch Production
Many Creators Domain™ releases—especially limited drops—are produced using pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:
- Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Production timelines may shift due to supply chain or manufacturer scheduling.
- You will receive email updates if delays occur.
We appreciate your patience as this model reduces overproduction and waste.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after fulfillment (when available)
Delivery times may be extended during:
- Holidays
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Large pre-order releases
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Delivery location
- Carrier rates
- Expedited shipping choices (if selected)
Some items may include flat-rate shipping if noted on the product page.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment/unit number
- Recipient unavailable
…the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Creators Domain™ is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your order arrives damaged:

7. Order Updates & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
